Today we start the journey of learning how to accept all parts of yourself, so you can lead your we-centric movement from your wholeness, with a growth motivation.

Use the following exercise to identify the full package you bring to the table as a leader.

Now take a look at this entire table. You have been sold a story up until now, that the greatest asset you have for your business is in fact what you have found to be loveable. Now we are going to re-write the script and start to help you to see how your flaws and insecurities are in fact also an asset for you in your business.

Turning Your Flaws and Insecurities into Assets

For a long time, I felt really deeply ashamed of being my true self. I pretended to be more confident than I was really. I thought I needed to be more extroverted to be a successful speaker. I thought I was too emotional. I thought I was too much, that my own philosophical enthusiasm for the world was a burden. I thought I was a bad person. I thought my sadness wasn’t loveable. I was afraid people would see that I wasn’t as confident in certain situations. I was afraid that my sensitivity meant there was something wrong with me. I thought kindness equaled weakness. My false self believed that if I only had the perfect body, was more beautiful, had the success and money, then I would be the perfect woman, to get everything she wanted in life. What I did is created a version of myself, to get the idea I thought equaled happiness. Only to get that life, realise I wasn’t fulfilled. I did have to get the fake life, to bring up the feelings within me of dissatisfaction, unhappiness and sadness to realise that wasn’t what I authentically wanted for my life. I wish at the start of the journey I could have done what I have given you, which was to learn to love what I hated, felt insecure about and unable to love, and learn to validate it, so then I could lead from a place of worthiness, to discover my true feelings and desires. I’m going to show you how I ended up doing this for my life, so you can do the same.
